This diet consists of three repeating cycles with a two-day break between each cycle (7: 2: 7: 2: 7).
The result is excellent, and the regime is recommended, because during the period of its observance the body absorbs all the necessary nutrients, without simple carbohydrates and sugars.

The 7-day cycle is based on separate and consecutive feeding. Every day we eat different types of food (fruits, vegetables, meat …) and soup, which can be consumed at any time when you feel hungry.
IMPORTANT: This regimen does not allow the use of alcohol because it builds body fat.
FORBIDDEN: Do not eat bread, alcohol, carbonated beverages, fried foods.
BE SURE to drink 3 liters of fluids per day of the permitted beverages. You can also combine 2: 1 with your favorite tea (2 liters of water and 1 liter of SLIM TEA).
ALLOWED BEVERAGES:
- Tea (recommended SLIM TEA, DETOX TEA, CALMING TEA)
- Coffee
- Dogwood juice
- Skim milk
- Water
SOUP RECIPE (you can eat at any time as soon as you feel hungry during the week):
- 1 or 2 cups chopped tomatoes,
- 3 or more green onion stalks,
- 1 cup beef broth (or 1 packet of chicken soup), 1 bunch celery,
- 2 cups peas, about a kilo of carrots,
- 2 green peppers.
Spices are optional: salt, pepper, parsley, hot, etc. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and pour water over them. Boil for 10 minutes on high heat and then reduce the heat until the vegetables are cooked – no more than 36 minutes. 7-day cycle

- DAY ONE: Eat all kinds of fruits (except bananas). Today, eat only fruit and soup.
- DAY TWO: All kinds of vegetables. Eat until you are full of fresh, cooked or canned vegetables. Try to eat more fresh vegetables and avoid beans and corn. Eat them with soup. For dinner, fry a large potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.
- DAY THREE: Eat all kinds of fruits, vegetables and soup today. No baked potatoes. If these days you have eaten as written and you have not “broken”, you should notice that you have lost 2-3 kg.
- FOURTH DAY: Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, not missing the soup. Bananas have a lot of calories and carbohydrates, as well as in milk, but on this day your body needs them to reduce the desire for sweets.
- DAY FIVE: Veal * and tomatoes. For today 250-350 g of beef and a cup of tomatoes or no more than 5 tomatoes a day. Eat soup at least once today.
- DAY SIX: Veal * and vegetables. Eat as much beef and vegetables as you want. You can eat 2-3 steaks today if you want with fresh vegetables. But without baked potatoes. Eat soup at least once.
- DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. You can add cooked vegetables to the rice if you wish. And don’t forget the soup.
* If you do not like beef, you can replace it with chicken (without skin, of course) or fish.
At the end of the 7th day, if you have followed this diet, you should have lost 4.5 kg – 8.5 kg. If you have downloaded more than that, give yourself at least 2 days off before you start again
