DETOX REGIME

What we offer here for free is our proven detox regime which could be easily implemented when you need it. Combined with all organic teas and essentials oils of the White witches and share your amazing results with us.
Day 1, 2 and 3: Hypocaloric menu – 800 calories, divided into 5-fold intake.
Gradually reduce calories. Switching abruptly to a detox regime will not have a healthy effect on any organism.
You should not feel hungry during these days, as frequent meals / every 3 hours / and high in protein (try each meal) menu will saturate and fill you with energy.

Day 4: Purifying
A day when only vegetable and fruit juices are taken, and the limit is only in the amount – 1.5 to 2 liters.
We start the day with: DETOX TEA
2 drinks – green cocktail
Freshly squeezed juice of cucumber, celery, spinach, sorrel with the addition of 1 tsp. spirulina. This cocktail affects the removal of toxins and excess fluids, is rich in vitamin C.
3 drinks – beet juice with carrots and apple
Beetroot is considered one of the best purification products.
4 drinks – apple juice
Low-calorie, high in iron, helps to quickly restore strength, increases resistance to infections.
5 drinks – orange goji berry delight
Freshly squeezed citrus juice with the addition of mashed, pre-rehydrated goji berry.
SOS juice – in case of sudden hunger: make a super mix of fruits and vegetables with hemp seeds and chia, which will satiate you in case of sudden hunger and weight loss.

Day 5: Purification
We start the day with: DETOX TEA to wake up.
- 2 drinks: Fresh ½ cm ginger root, 4-5 carrots, ½ apple
- 3 drinks: Fresh spinach, 4 lettuce leaves, parsley, ½ cucumber, 6 carrots, ½ turnip
- 4 drinks: Fresh 3 slices of pineapple with the peel, a bunch of dandelion leaves, 3 red radishes
- 5 drinks: Fresh from 1 green apple and 1 stalk of celery
- SOS juice: Fresh broccoli, 4-5 carrots, 2 celery stalks, ½ tomato, 1/2 green pepper
This day is key in the process of cleansing and losing weight, so it is possible to feel exhausted and have a headache. This is normal and is due to cleansing the body of toxins.
Day 6: Rejuvenating
We start the day with: first drink – DETOX TEA, to wake up.
- 2 drinks: super banana juice with almond milk and poppy root (300 ml)
- 3 drinks: fresh carrots and apples
- 4 drinks: antioxidant tomato cocktail with basil
- 5 drinks: hydration with coconut (coconut water, found in large supermarkets or coconut content of young green coconut)
- SOS drink: DETOX TEA tea with agave nectar or honey
Drinks on this day are selected to promote natural anti-aging processes.


Day 7: Juices
We start the day with: first drink – DETOX TEA, to wake up.
- Juice 2: green smoothie (leafy vegetables and apple 300-400 ml)
- Juice 3: sunny citrus juice with mint (300 ml)
- Juice 4: soothing aloe cocktail (strawberries, kiwi, mint and aloe vera -3 tbsp)
- SOS drink: cucumber, apple, ginger, lime and avocado.
8th, 9th, 10th, 11th days – supportive.
Nutrition – The gradual restoration of normal healthy eating habits is extremely important. Drink as much as you need DETOX TEA as during the other part of the DETOX period.
